The week­end before last, 64 final­ists from all the tour stops in 9 coun­tries over the sum­mer came to Salzbur­gring to bat­tle it out on the sim­u­la­tors as well as hav­ing some fun on track. 

Over 300 guests and spec­ta­tors were present when two days filled with M Pow­er, SIM rac­ing action and pro­fes­sion­als from the motor­sports world like Philipp Eng, Daniela Schmid and SIM Teams Red­line and BS+ Com­pe­ti­tion came togeth­er for a unique week­end at Salzburgring.

They were keen to share their expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge with the new­com­ers on track and the mul­ti-facetted event had excite­ment for every­body. All cen­tered around the SIM Rac­ing Tour­na­ment, there was a var­ied pro­gramme sur­round­ing the action on the sim­u­la­tors. Test dri­ves on the leg­endary race track of Salzbur­gring were offered with the new BMW M3 and M4 Com­pe­ti­tion M xDrive mod­els, taxi dri­ves with cer­ti­fied BMW Team dri­vers in the new BMW i4 M50 MotoGP and MotoE Safe­ty Car were just some of the highlights. 

A very spe­cial line up of BMW M his­to­ry right up to the lat­est mod­el rac­ing cars were shown and put through their paces on track. 

The whole event was mod­er­at­ed by Jen­nifer Braun who would also per­formed with the Munich based rock­band ​“Glow” to deliv­er an enter­tain­ing evening programme.
